**Accounts Payable Clerk - £28,000 - £30,000 - 3 Month Contract - Southall (remote/office based)**

**The company**

Wade Macdonald are working in partnership with a fantastic organisation based in Southall seeking to appoint an experienced and driven Accounts Payable Clerk / Purchase Ledger Clerk. Initially an interim role with a view to be extended in the future.

This is a hybrid working role after training.

**The role**

Your main responsibilities as an Account Payable Clerk / Accounts Payable Clerk:

- Reviewing and processing high volumes of internal and external invoices.
- Resolution of internal and external supplier queries.
- Preparation of accounting reports.
- Setting up vendor payments
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.

**What you'll need to be successful**
- Previous Experience in a similar position.
- Must have advance Excel skills including Pivot table and v-look ups.
- An ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team (team spirit).
- Forward thinking and open to new processes/process improvements.
- An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in manufacturing would be an advantage.
