Key responsibility will be to liaise with fleet managers across the business. This will involve sharing best practices and ensuring a clear understanding of their fleet requirements on an ongoing basis.
- Manage the in-life fleet of specific vehicle provisions across the business, including stock management, utilization, and end-of-life change cycles.
- Generate comprehensive fleet reports detailing the status of live vehicles, those on order, and those in the de-fleet process for all fleets.
- Adhere to deadlines to ensure accurate and timely assembly of a high volume of Company products.
- Managing vehicle ordering by accurately and efficiently allocating production quota units based on customer orders. It is crucial to ensure that all vehicles comply with the Company specification matrix, which will help maximize their residual value during the remarketing process.
- Interacting with multiple departments across The Group UK, including Product, Corporate Sales, Product & Test Development Centre, HR, and more. Your role will involve supporting these departments with their / our day-to-day operational requirements.
- Contribute to a team that provides tailored support to Company VIP Brand Ambassadors, including processing new orders, requesting monthly mileage updates, and addressing general ad hoc queries.
- Providing support for ad hoc requests and tasks as required
