- This position is _**full time**_ _averaging 35-40 hours per week, the contract provides security as it is a minimum 20 hour a week contract._
- We require dedicated and flexible operatives that are able to commit to shift timings between 04:30am and 1am finishes, these will be at locations across the east section of the prestigious Elizabeth Line, from Stratford to Shenfield. _
- Duties of the role include (but are not limited to):_
- _Carry out announcements and monitor live train running information, in a clear and concise manner that customers can understand._
- _Will need to be able to use and interpret live train running and transfer this into announcements for customers._
- _Liaising and communicating with the control team._
- _Gate Line Operation_

**Salary**: From £12.22 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brentwood, CM14 4EW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
