The Wellington showroom opened over 4 years ago, and has established a reputation for providing excellent customer satisfaction as evidenced by a Checkatrade score of 9.7 / 10. We are recruiting for a part time Kitchen Showroom Assistant to work as part of a small but busy team.

**THE ROLE**

As Kitchen Showroom Assistant you will be the first point of contact for customers coming to the showroom.

You will be showing customers the products and service on offer e.g. Kitchen doors, worktops, appliances, etc.

Arranging and booking appointments for a member of the team to carry out home / site visits

Taking & making phone calls from and to potential and existing customers.

Ensuring that the showroom is clean, tidy and safe at all times.

The role is 2 fixed days per week (Tuesday & Thursday), with alternating Mondays and Saturdays on a rota basis, totalling 23 hours per week.

Store opening time are 9.00 to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 10.00 to 4.00pm on Saturday, so your hours will be within those times.

**THE PERSON**

The successful Applicant will have previous experience working in a face to face retail / customer service environment.

You must have excellent customer service skills, being able to build rapport, and manage customer queries efficiently.

You will need to be flexible and able to work within the showroom opening hours, including weekends and also live within a commutable distance to the showroom.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 23 per week

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
