**Salary:£11.44 per hour**

**Hours:Day Cleaner - 20 hours per week, worked as follows: Mon-Thurs : 8:30am 1.30pm** Evening and Weekend Cleaner - 21 hours per week worked as follows**: Mon & Tue: 16.00pm -18.00pm**

***Wed & Thurs : 17.00pm 20.00pm**

**Friday : 8.30am 14.00pm**

**Sunday : 9.00am 15.00 pm (half hour lunch)**

For over 145 years, Leeds Jewish Welfare Board has provided support the Jewish community and North Leeds community. Our vision is to positively change lives and we do this by delivering an extensive range of community support and registered care services to over 1,000 people every month. As part of our registered care services, we run three Kosher, residential homes for people with learning disabilities. All three homes are well-established with a Good CQC rating and excellent reputation.

**Role Summary**

We are currently seeking two dedicated and details
- oriented cleaners to help maintain a clean and welcoming visitor centre, as well as the office area for all our colleagues.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is reliable and able to work with minimum supervision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitise toilets, public areas, and the main office space.
- Disposal of waste of public and office areas.
- Wipe down surfaces and maintain a tidy appearance of the premises.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the maintenance team.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Ability to use heavy cleaning machinery where necessary.
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Flexible working if required.
