Marketing Executive

B-engineering Group are a purpose driven commercial Heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, electrical and renewable energy company based in Warrington covering the Midlands and North of England. **Job Title**:Marketing Executive

**Reporting to**: Sales and Estimating Manager

**Overview**:
The Managing Executive will be responsible for promoting services through co-ordinated marketing strategies, through market research, establishing brand awareness, and emphasis upon our Environmental and Social Goals in line with B-Corp and our B1G1 initiatives.

You will obtain an understanding of our current projects including our solar and renewable energy services, as well as our future vision and areas for diversification and market penetration. All activities will result in improving customer relations, driving profits and completing within agreed timescales and budgets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the delivery of the annual marketing plan
- Support the development and delivery of high profile, external events for our key target audiences and report on their success
- Work collaboratively with our partner Marketing partner and sales director to define, track and report on key performance metrics including ‘test and learn’ initiatives
- Work collaboratively with the Sales and Estimating Manager to brief in all digital and non-digital creative requirements to the in-house design team and external agencies, ensuring that all collateral is consistently in line with brand guidelines
- Work closely with our PR partner to deliver compelling Press, editorial and thought leadership ‘content’
- Creation of case studies for various divisions within the group
- Work with the division leads to create digital content such as newsletters, blogs, video content and sales literature.
- Oversee the quality of stationary within the business and ensure all aligns with our brand guidelines - quotes, signatures, sales literature and
- Updating of the website (WordPress) with news, case studies, external links, blogs etc.
- Be proactive in making recommendations for new initiatives based on data-driven insight
- Running mail chimp advertising campaigns

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (or working towards)
- Full Driving Licence

**Essential Skills Required**:

- Ideally 2+ years’ experience working within a Marketing department or Advertising Agency
- A solid understanding of marketing principles and best practice across digital and non-digital channels
- Experience of B2B Marketing advantageous
- Knowledge of sustainability and energy Marketing advantageous
- Excellent communication skills including:

- Dealing with situations and clients requests promptly and accurately
- Communicating clearly and logically in face-to-face situations with clients and staff
- Excellent English and IT skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Teams
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Must be hardworking, self-motivated, reliable and trustworthy
- Must have a “Can - Do” attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
