We’re looking for a Financial Planning Support Specialist to join our friendly and supportive team. If you enjoy working in a professional yet relaxed environment and want to build a long-term career in financial services, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting our Financial Planning team by delivering high-quality administrative support across pensions, investments, and trust-based planning. Your attention to detail and client-first mindset will help ensure a smooth and efficient client journey.
This role may follow a pathway toward financial planning qualifications such as the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, with opportunities to specialise in paraplanning or advising.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Financial Planning team
Maintain and update client records using our CRM (Salesforce experience is a bonus — training will be provided)
Onboard new clients and support existing ones
Prepare annual reviews and meeting packs
Keep clients and advisers informed throughout each stage of the process
Gather and analyse information relating to each client’s retirement and investment provision
Skills & Experience
Strong organisational skills with a methodical and accurate approach
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative team player with high integrity and discretion
Previous experience in the Financial Services industry (desirable, but our training plan will get you up to speed)
Undergraduate degree in Business/Finance (desirable, but not essential)
