**About The Role**:
Svella Connect work in partnership and collaboration with our clients, to deliver telecoms & connectivity infrastructure projects across certain regions of the UK.

An opportunity has arisen for a Buyeron a permanent, full-time basisin our business.As a Buyer you will procure materials, plant, goods and services in accordance with the approved procedures.

**What you’ll be doing day to day**
- The processing of material orders and scheduling of material deliveries to site
- Working alongside and liaising with project teams at all levels
- Development and maintenance of procurement schedules
- Dealing with enquiries from sites regarding deliveries and orders
- Assisting with tender enquiries, tender analysis, schedule checking
- Ensure compliance with client framework and Svella Connect preferred suppliers
- Management of the authorized vendor list including onboarding new suppliers
- Assisting quantity surveyors with sub-contract procurement
- Liaising with other departments within the business
- Adhering to Delegated Authorities
- Production of reports
- Dealing with invoice queries to ensure smooth site material supply
- Assist other buyers as required
- Experience in a procurement/commercial position within construction/infrastructure
- Commercial and contractual awareness
- Strong supplier management skills
- Strong spreadsheet skills
- Product knowledge in the telecoms and connectivity fields would be advantageous
- Potentially CIPS qualified or working towards
