Global Payroll Specialist, Cambridge/Manchester,
- Working in a team, supporting the Global Payroll Manager to ensure compliance with global legislation and processes._
- You will be responsible for assessing the adequacy and compliance of payroll controls and standard operating procedures across all regions, as well as performing regular reviews of key payroll processes._

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and review payroll controls in conjunction with Global Payroll Manager and regional payroll teams
- Responsible for reviewing payroll standard operating procedures
- Responsible for Workday integrations to payroll, and implementation of future enhancements to integrations
- Responsible for identifying areas for process improvement to drive efficiency and standardisation
- Partner with relevant key stakeholders on implementation of new processes
- Review payroll journal output to general ledger across all regions
- Maintain an up to date working knowledge of company and legislative requirements in area of responsibility

Skills & Qualifications
- Experience within a Global payroll environment
- Used to setting and management of key KPIs and SLAs
- Experience of managing audit processes (internal & external)
- Microsoft Office skills inc Excel
- Experience of process improvement
