**Job summary**:
The Stock Control Clerk is responsible to Officer Commanding Supply, RAF St Mawgan for the maintenance of all Management of Joint Deployed Inventory (MJDI) outputs, including all auditable documents required for scrutiny from higher authority in accordance with Air Logistic Instructions (ALI) 5. The compilation and finalisation of the unit stocktaking programme, including munitions in accordance with Defence Logistic Framework (DLF) and ALI 13 & 16.

This position is advertised at 37 hours per week.

**Job description**:
The job holder will place demands (including pre-positioning) of Explosive Storage Area (ESA) natures via Unit Ammunition System Management (UAMS) software (MOD F2100) if UAMS not available. Account for the disposal, demand, issue, and receipt of all ESA stores.

Compile the units Annual Explosive Requirements (AER) via HQ air. The complete maintenance of all MJDI transactions, including updating all associated registers.

**Person specification**:

- An MJDI Account or possess a high level of understanding of the MJDI processes
- Hold or gain a current MJDI Unit Account Administrator qualification (UAA)
