Zachary Daniels has a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious retailer to join a company who want to give someone the opportunity as a first appointment Store Manager We want to recruit a manager who is ambitious to develop and take the next step in theirfirst role as a Store Manager.
As the Store Manager you will be able to manage, motive and drive a team to deliver an outstanding service to new and long-term clients and customers. This is an amazing opportunity to join a retailer who are growing and can demonstrate consistently strongresults and have plans to push forward in the next 12 months
As a store manager you will be passionate abut people, product and experience, you have the freedom to drive your team and be responsible for the delivery of a premium service.
Responsibilities as a Store Manager:
- Have high visual standards across all store areas
- Drive performance and sales through a luxury experience and service
- Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers
- Enjoy what you do and show this to your team
As Store Manager we are keen to have the following qualities and experiences:
- Keyholder and fill responsibility for your store
- Able to manage KPIs and budgets to improve current store performance
- Has a track record of driving sales and performance
- Enjoys retail and makes sure it's a fun place to work
