Allstaff Office Services Division have partnered with our well-established client based in Hillington, who are seeking a temporary Materials Administrator.

Duties of this role include:

- Locating and confirming raw materials & finished goods to and from production.
- Monitoring stock movements to and from production and ensuring the system is up to date and accurate at all times.
- Managing stock accuracy in set production locations.
- Verifying any stock discrepancies through the production process.
- Reporting any stock discrepancies or issues to the Production Manager.
- Liaising with the customer service teams to resolve any stock issues.
- Ensuring that the Production Reconciliation sheets are accurate before reconciling stock from the Access database.

We are keen to speak with those who have previous experience in a similar role, who are proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Have strong have strong attention to detail and communication skills.

This is a full-time position, 0800 - 1630 Mon - Thu / 0800 - 1600 Fri (a level of flexibility may be required to suit the business needs). This role has a pay rate of £12.00 per hour.

Allstaff is operating as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary staff, engaging and paying workers directly and supplying to a client who will control the worker in the course of their work.
