Learning Support Assistant

The Learning Support Assistant is a pro-active role that supports the implementation of the School’s Special Educational Needs policy supporting SEN students on a 1:1 basis in the classroom and providing targeted support outside the classroom in the Learning Support department. The tasks of a Learning Support Assistant vary due to changing needs of students and can include activities with small groups and working with teachers to monitor and support progress. The role is part of a small team working together under the leadership of the SENCO.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £21,879.00-£23,961.00 per year
Expected hours: 35 per week
