**The Job - Overview**

We have an opportunity for roofers mates to join us and continue to provide the service that sets us out as an industry leader. Works will cover across London and the Home counties.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- As a roofers mate you will assist our roofing teams to carry out roofing repairs, maintenance and planned works to commercial properties in a safe manner and to a consistent high standard.
- Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken e.g., completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job
- Ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times
- To build positive working relationships with clients and ensure that all work is completed to a satisfactory level.
- Participate in the ‘out of hour’s service on a rota basis to ensure all issues are dealt with promptly.

**You will have**
- Previous experience working in the maintenance sector.
- Previous roofing experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- A full driving license
- Ability to work on own or as part of a team
