We need someone to be the wind beneath our Team Leaders wings

We are looking for a Cleaning Support, someone who is passionate about creating a super clean and tidy work environment for our banking client. You will be working alongside your Team leader supporting and coaching our on-site teams, helping to cover around 50 sites.

You need to be able to be flexible, organised and quickly able to respond and adapt to client needs. What will you be doing? Well, no day will be the same with different tasks every day from carpet cleaning to colleague coaching and training we will keep you on your toes

What will this mean:

- Managing your sites budgets,
- Maintaining client relationships
- Looking after our colleagues needs including colleague training and recruitment.
- Regular site visits to coach your team to meet our client’s needs. You will complete regular audits and manage improvement plans and any additional services as required.
- Health & safety is key to keeping our colleagues and clients safe and you will be the champion for this in your sites.

**About You**:
Do you have a can-do attitude and are passionate about maintaining cleaning standards? When it comes to responsibility you will be responsible for key holding for all your sites so you need to be comfortable with that. As we are working with a banking client, we would need to complete and Enhanced DBS as well as media and financial checks (don’t worry about this, we do all the hard work for you, all you need to provide is the information). To help you get out and about we will provide you with a company vehicle, this does mean that you will need a full clean UK driving licence.
