Ramsden International is the leading UK wholesale exporter of British grocery brands, selling over 24,000 products to more than 650 customers in 133 countries worldwide. We are on the look out for someone to join our Product Data Team based at our head office in Grimsby
- **Role Overview**_

Working with a team of Product Data Assistants, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all data held in the system. You will liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to gather data that is missing and ensure the goods we are exporting are compliant with various pieces of legislation. You must have a keen eye for detail and work quickly, in line with predefined service level agreements.
- **Role Responsibilities**_
- Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers for product information
- Accurate inputting of new product data and images
- Using an online portal to deal with internal ad hoc requests in line with defined service levels
- Checking and recording product dimensions
- Auditing existing data to ensure it is still accurate and up to date
- Sourcing samples to allow quick and efficient product registration in various territories
- Managing own work load and prioritising work based on customer requirements
- Handling and fixing data exceptions
- Accurate and regular filing of information
- Using a lightbox to capture product images
- General administration support for different departments as and when required
- **Skills Required**_
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to communicate with suppliers
- Flexible approach to work and ability to think outside the box
- Strong attention to detail and patience
- Excellent Excel skills
- Experience in customer service is desired
- **Personal Specification**_

Would suit someone who has data inputting experience and has an excellent attention to detail. Someone who can juggle a number of tasks and manage own workload, with the ability to prioritise tasks to ensure everything gets completed within SLA.
