A well established and expanding firm with offices throughout West Sussex require a Private Client Lawyer for their conveniently located Hove office.

The firm have a great reputation in respect of the full range of services they offer and are particularly highly regarded within the realm of Private Client where they have grown their team in number to 13 fee earners and 10 secretary's in support. Giventhe strength of their reputation they have further plans for growth and intend to open another two offices in the region in coming months. The firm invest in their staff, providing excellent training and infrastructure including cutting edge case managementsoftware. This is a firm with no glass ceiling offering genuine progression to partnership.

The role will see you running a caseload of Will's, Probate's, LPA's, tax Planning and advisory work around care homes. There is an existing caseload for you to inherit therefore business development activities are not going to be a major part of the rolehowever, building on existing relationships with care homes and funeral directors may be of benefit. This is a full time position and given the nature of the work and the need to meet with clients, will be predominantly office based.

To be successful you will:

- Be a solicitor or legal executive with 2-3 PQE
- Be able to work with light touch supervision
- Have a dependable and flexible approach
- Be a team player
- Hold a current driving license (desirable)
