The role will involve working with the Client Team and will become the day to day contact for a number of staff members and clients, providing administrative support.
Experience in any area of transactional finance will be considered or someone who is used to working in a similar role dealing with high volumes of transactions, with good accuracy and attention to detail as well as good communication skills. This is an excellentand rare opportunity for someone with some finance experience to gain more exposure to all-round accounts.
Full training and support will be provided and the company are offering study support.
The client can offer some hybrid working, ideally after the training period is complete with the potential of three days in the office and two from home. The role itself is easily accessible and commutable from both the Leeds and Harrogate areas and is closeto train and bus links.
The main duties of the role will include:

- Working closely with the Relations team to address and solve any problems that may arise.
- Maintaining work orders from property teams to refund rent and deposits.
- Uploading invoices and payments from the booking system to the financial system.
- Creating payment files through the bank accounts.
- Dealing with investor payments and calculations.
- Running and reconciling cash reports.
- Bank account reconciliations.
- Performing Internal audit sampling.
- General finance support.
- Have experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Be self-motivated and enjoy working towards deadlines.
- Have strong excel skills.
- Have excellent organisational, communication skills and attention to detail.
