My client has a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor to join our growing Wills, Trusts & Probate Team
- Have experience working in a Wills, Trusts and Probate department;
- Have experience working with elderly and vulnerable clients;
- Have experience of care funding including local authority financial assessments and NHS Continuing Healthcare funding;
- Have a willingness to study to become a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and Solicitors for the Elderly, if not already a member;
- Be degree level qualified and LPC certificated;
- Have excellent client care skills;
- Have proven experience of providing professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA Code of Conduct;
- Be IT competent;
- Have the ability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets;
- Have proven experience of handling own caseload, working to and managing deadlines;
- Have excellent writing and drafting skills, with excellent communication and technical ability.
The hours will be 9.00am until 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week. Hybrid working is available.
