Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a safe environment for our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and have a passion for cleanliness, we would love to hear from you.

Job will entail cleaning the communal areas of one of Cardiff’s most prestigious apartment blocks, undertaking duties such as washroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, general upkeep of communal lounge spaces, cleaning corridors and stairs, and creating an immaculately clean entrance space for residents and visitors.

Previous use of machinery is preferable.

**Duties**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitise restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
- Adhere to safety protocols and use protective equipment when necessary

Location: CF10 4DS

Hours of work - 8am - 12pm

Days per week - Mon - Sat

Hours per week - 24

Rate of Pay - £11.75
