Product Trainer

We are delighted to be working alongside our valued client to recruit a Product Trainer to join their existing team. Within this role you will be delivering training on a specific software product to individuals and on a group basis. This is an excitingtime to join a organisation which has had a considerable amount of growth in recent times with more planned for the future.
This is a remote opportunity, however travel to the outskirts of Ipswich for a team meeting once a month will be required.
**What will I be doing in this position?**:

- Delivery of a structured customer facing training program around all required topics
- Ensure all training is regularly reviewed and is kept in line with software updates
- Gain feedback from attendees and Account Managers and report accordingly
- Create training that is inclusive and will include face to face, webinars, videos, documents and self help on various topics

**What skills and experience do I need for this role?**:

- Knowledge of training in a wide variety of industries both creating and delivering these is essential
- A clear understanding of the impact of training on an organisation
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good listening skills and patient towards customer needs
- Creative and confident to put forward new ideas on the training materials
