General Foreman/woman

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring that all tasks are carried out according to project specifications.
- Manage a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and morale.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to align on project timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely manner, implementing solutions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any incidents that occur during the project.
- Facilitate training for new employees and ongoing development for existing staff to enhance skills and safety awareness.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is essential.
- Strong background in managing teams, with the ability to motivate and lead by example.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for effective interaction with team members and management.
- Familiarity with construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices is crucial.
- Ability to problem-solve effectively under pressure while maintaining a focus on quality outcomes.

Pay: £47,910.00-£50,451.00 per year
