**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Warmly assist customers in finding products that meet their needs.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Handle transactions accurately using basic maths skills for cash handling.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and in-person with excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures while providing outstanding customer service.
- Assist with deliveries, including heavy lifting.
- Completing orders and restocking.

- Home DIY
- Ironmongery
- General Hardware and DIY
**Qualifications**
- Previous hardware and DIY experience is needed.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficient in basic maths for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and be able to arrive on time.
- Organisational skills to maintain a tidy and well-presented store environment.
- A friendly demeanour with the ability to engage customers effectively and build rapport.
Pay: £80.00-£125.00 per day
