**Responsibilities**:

- Support the delivery of key marketing activity to include planning and reporting across various channels
- Assist in creating engaging content and creative concepts for brand collateral. Some examples include:Print & Digital collateral, Presentations, Website content, Social Media content, Press Releases, Awards entries and subsequent promotion, Marketing communications including monthly newsletters
- Support the ongoing maintenance of our social media, events and comms calendar
- Assist in ongoing market research and competitor analysis
- Support the planning and coordination of events and awards as required
- Support in the evaluation, optimisation and reporting of marketing activities
- Collaborate with teams across sales and operations to ensure effective communication and feedback
- Support the Marketing & Digital team across all core marketing disciplines, sharing feedback and ideas around future marketing activity.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (preferred but not essential)
- Up to 1 year’s experience in a marketing role with a broad understanding of marketing principles
- Strong proof-reading and copywriting abilities with a thorough attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media platforms including LinkedIn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A confident team player with a hands-on attitude, a can-do nature and a willingness to embrace ideas and processes
- A creative thinker with a strong eye for imagery and content aesthetic
- An ability to convey interest and share ideas
- Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to independently and as part of a team
- An ability to multi-task and prioritise workload in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Demonstrates commitment to high professional ethical standards and workplace diversity
