The post holder will be a key member of the team with the responsibility of proactively providing high quality administrative support. This will be achieved through the effective use of information, data and knowledge and technology systems.
The role is extremely varied and an ability to multitask is essential. The post holder must be able to demonstrate experience of minute taking, diary management skills, organising meetings with a range of stakeholders and the ability to work to tight deadlines. This role would suit someone who is confident, flexible and has great communication and organisational skills.
The post holder will be expected to work closely with staff within the CCG and must therefore be able to build and maintain good working relationships.
