**Compensation**:
- **On-Shift Time**:40 hours/week or 173 hours/month. Overtime paid.
- **Sleeps**:Yes plaid at £50
- **Take Home (basic plus min sleep)**:£31,305 to £34,259
- **Additional Pay**:£250 on completing in-house Therapeutic Training.

**Requirements**:
- **Qualifications**:NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, or at least 60% course completion.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 1 year in Residential Childcare and working alongside young people.
- **Age**:At least 22 years old to comply with children’s homes regulations.
- **License**:Valid driving license.
