**About the Roles**

We have opportunities for Trainee Chefs, Chef De Parties, Sous Chefs and Head Chefs to join us.

Working as a chef at Butlin’s gives you the opportunity to provide an amazing experience to our guests wherever they choose to dine on our resorts. We offer a wide range of eateries including Italian and American restaurants with menus designed to delightour guests.

We truly believe that variety is the spice of life and in these roles, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and perfect your skills in a selection of kitchens with a variety of cooking styles. You’ll work alongside other talented chefs and industry expertswith access to beautiful ingredients and varied menus.

**About You**

We have opportunities for chefs with varied levels of experience. Whether you are an experienced Head Chef or someone wanting to take their first step into a career in cookery, we have a role that will be a great fit. The one thing we look for consistentlyis a passion for delighting our guests and a fantastic 'get stuck in’ attitude.

If you are interested in our Chef De Partie, Sous Chef and Head Chef roles, we are looking for solid experience in a similar role. You may also be looking to take the next step in your career, and some of our Head Chef roles would be suitable for an experiencedSous Chef looking for their first Head Chef appointment
