Ks2 Behaviour Mentor

Are you a dedicated and compassionate individual with a genuine desire to support children with challenging behaviour in their educational journey? The Supply Room is currently seeking a 1:1 Mentor to work with a Year 6 pupil in Southsea. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous classroom-based experience and a passion for making a positive impact in the education sector.

As a 1:1 Mentor, you will be responsible for providing individualised support to a student with Autism and challenging behaviour. Your role will involve assisting the student with their academic work, implementing behaviour management strategies, and creating a safe and nurturing learning environment. This is a rewarding position that requires patience, empathy, and the ability to build a strong rapport with the student.
