**Part-Time Customer Service Advisor**

We are currently seeking to recruit Part-time Customer Service Advisors to join our forward-thinking team to help deliver our strategic priorities. This position is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced organisation committed to excellent customer service. As a CSO, you will drive all aspects of inbound and outbound communications with customers and clients.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answering calls and logging/amending services or repair visits
- Updating housing associations regarding parts/outstanding repairs
- Calling tenants to book in outstanding repairs
- To answer and log calls from tenants, housing associations and private customers regarding repairs and services
- Manage customer calls and administrative tasks as requested
- Resolving customer problems.
- Providing guidance.
- Advising about products in stock.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION** **Customer service experience both internal and external**
- Patience, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Good knowledge of business systems, computer literate
- Planning, organising and team working skills.
- Having excellent communication skills.
- Being confident.
- Having a clear telephone voice.
- Being able to work independently.
- Having a desire to help others.
- Being flexible and adaptable.
- Having teamwork skills.
- Being able to deal with all types of people.

**QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE** **Communication skills between departments, as well as internal and external customers ** An overall general knowledge of the industry and business. Administration skills, working with telephones, IT and general office tasks.

The role is a minimum of 17 hours per week, working weekends between 8am and 10pm and week nights between 4pm and 10pm.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £9.18-£9.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends only
