**What You'll be Doing Each Day**:

- Liaison with company laboratories as well as contract laboratories and consultants to ensure that data generated is on time and produced and reported to a suitable standard.
- Provision of technical advice to customers relating to the use of the company's active substances and formulations in their product range, supporting customer registrations and generally contributing to the development of new business.
- Support the progress of active substances and formulated products through the requirements of EU Biocides Regulation (BPR) 528/2012.
- Maintenance of a filing system of documents relating to specific product developments, including differentiation between closely related formula variants.
- Preparation of technical literature and product labels.
- Provision of technical support and advice to colleagues and group companies as necessary.
- Provision of technical support to customers to help them obtain authorisations under existing national schemes and Mutual Recognition.
- Knowledge management, including proposed and approved regulatory guidance and legislation which could impact technical developments.
- Other related tasks, as required.

**The Skills You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Solid experience working with public health insect pests and their control.
- A flexible attitude with the ability and willingness to take on a varied role.
- Must have excellent English language skills.
- Good administrative and IT skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint).
- Experience in the EU Biocidal Products Regulation is highly desirable.
