We're looking for a **Warehouse Supervisor** to join our growing team in **Swindon**. This is a hands-on role where you'll be instrumental in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth, efficient fulfilment.

**About the Role**

Reporting directly to the Fulfilment Centre Site Manager, you'll be a key part of our warehouse team, helping to achieve daily output targets, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure **quality control**. This role involves actively supporting our internal and external customer requirements, with a strong focus on **continuous improvement**. You'll be involved in the core warehouse activities, including **picking orders, cycle counting, and receiving inventory**, alongside **managing daily tasks** for your team.

While your general shift will be **8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday**, this is a **rotational contract**. You'll need to be flexible and prepared to work **weekends and rotational hours during peak times** to meet our operational demands.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Support Daily Operations**: Assist the Fulfilment Centre Site Manager in overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring everything runs efficiently and safely from inbound to outbound.
- **Order Fulfilment**: Actively participate in and supervise the **picking of orders** to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- **Inventory Management**: Conduct **cycle counting** and assist with **receiving inventory** accurately and promptly.
- **Team Guidance & Task Management**: Work closely with the warehouse team, providing guidance and support to help them perform their duties effectively. You'll be responsible for **managing daily tasks** and ensuring completion.
- **Resource Allocation Support**: Help plan and organise the allocation of resources, including staff, equipment, and space, to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- **Health and Safety Adherence**: Be a champion for safety on the warehouse floor, ensuring all health and safety regulations and best practices are strictly followed. You'll ensure your team is compliant with all relevant policies and procedures.
- **Quality Control**: Help maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and transactions using our inventory management systems. You'll also focus on quality control throughout the fulfilment process.
- **Collaboration**: Work effectively with other departments, such as sales, purchasing, and customer service, to ensure the warehouse meets business needs and customer expectations.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Look for ways to improve warehouse operations and support the implementation of new processes.
- **Problem Solving**: Respond to operational queries and assist in resolving issues quickly and effectively.

**What We're Looking For**
- **Experience**: A minimum of **3 years of experience supervising a team** or in a similar leadership role within a warehouse or fulfilment centre environment, with a track record of contributing to successful operations.
- **Hands-on Warehouse Skills**: Proven experience in **picking, cycle counting, and receiving inventory**.
- **Forklift Experience**:Forklift experience is essential for this role.**:
