We listen to customers, claimants and our colleagues to help our continual learning and development. **Position**: **This position is suitable for someone with both internal and external recruitment experience and residing in East Anglia or the South East area. Occasional travel within these locations will be required.** Our** Recruitment Lead** will be responsible for the day to day running of the PFAS Recruitment Team and support the IPRS Group Recruitment Manager with the relationships with our Recruitment partners. They will manage operational practices and targets, whilst developing and maintaining a pro-active, engaging, and efficient recruitment service for the business. **_ Main job duties:_** >To lead the recruitment and onboarding of clinical and non-clinical colleagues in line with IAS, DWP and PFAS requirements. >To support the Group Recruitment Manager with key relationships with recruitment agencies, and other recruiting platform (i.e., Indeed and LinkedIn), ensuring a consistent and productive working relationship. >To work with the IPRS Group Recruitment Manager to agree, plan and organise PFAS attendance at appropriate Recruitment Fairs >To work with the IPRS Group Recruitment Manager on the PFAS recruitment strategy, maximising all available recruitment pathways. >To be responsible for driving PFAS Recruitment to meet monthly intake targets and budgets. >To line manage the PFAS Recruitment Administration and Onboarding Administration team. >To support the PFAS Recruitment Administration team with: CV Review, Informal Chats and Face to Face interviews >To ensure colleagued onboarding is undertaken efficiently and in line with KPI’s. >To provide weekly and monthly management information on recruitment activity to IPRS Group Recruitment Manager & PFAS Senior Management >To attend meetings as required with internal and external stakeholders, presenting on recruitment strategy and performance when requested. >To undertake any other duties compatible with the grading of the post, as required. - General/Additional Duties:_ >To comply with the Corporate Data Protection Policy which covers all aspects of the organisation’s business in both electronic data and manual filing systems. >To ensure that professional behaviour, appearance, and attitude are maintained, and the organisation’s policies and procedures are always adhered to. **Requirements**: **SKILLS AND ABILITIES**: >Good leadership qualities with the ability to provide direction. >Ability to manage, lead, coach, train and motivate a team. >Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and provide excellent customer service. >Ability to prioritise and meet relevant Key Performance Indicators in a demanding environment. >Ability to respond efficiently to changing demands. >Ability to gather, collate, analyse and report on key tasks within role, making recommendations on outcomes. >Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills. >Attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately are both essential. >Ability to plan and organise workloads effectively. >Ability to prioritise and meet relevant Key Performance Indicators. >Ability to work on own initiative in a proactive manner. >Ability to plan and organise workloads effectively. >An understanding, acceptance, and adherence to the need for strict confidentiality. >Resilience in a demanding, quick paced environment **QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE (E) Essential (D) Desirable** >4 GCSE/O level passes A-C or equivalent, including English and Maths (E) >A minimum of two years’ experience in a Leadership/Management role (E) >NVQ Level 3-4 and / or a degree in a relevant field, such as business administration (D) **EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE**: >Experience of working in an HR/Operations/Service delivery department (E) >Experience of using various Microsoft programmes and databases (E) >Experience of recruiting within the Health sector (D) >Experience of using bespoke databases i.e ATS (D) **Other information**: **Benefits of working for PFAS** 21 days annual leave increasing with completed years’ service; Access to physiotherapy treatment; Westfield Health Cash Plan, providing you with a vast amount of benefits including money back on private healthcare such as eyesight tests and dental treatment, with the added bonus of discounts at over 500 leading online and high street retailers; Use of Employee Assistance Programme which provides confidential counselling and advice; Membership of the Company pension scheme; Full induction and training programme on commencement of emplo
