**OK, but what do you need FROM me?**

Our clients lead busy lives and place a great deal of trust in us to take care of their loved ones. For these reasons and as you would expect, it is important to us that each member of our team is:

- caring
- reliable
- honest

In addition, we require our team to have:

- a full UK driving licence (or equivalent)
- access to your own vehicle
- live in Medway
- be prepared to go through our 3-day induction training at our Gillingham office

**What will my tasks be?**

Our clients depend on our team of CareGivers to help and support them with the activities of daily living in their own homes.

**Typical tasks include**:

- Companionship (hobbies, trips out etc)
- Medication assistance
- Assisting clients living with Dementia
- Personal care (mínimal assistance is all that is sometimes needed)
- Meal preparation
