**The Role**

You will be required to support this delightful gentleman in his own home promoting his independance and to assist him on days out.

He enjoys shopping, cooking and walking his dog along with many other activities. You will also support him clinically with seizure managment and medication andmistration

You will be required to work as part of a team, committing to regular shifts including weekends on a rota basis.

**Requirements**:
What we'd like:

- Experience in working with people with Brain injury, Learning Disabilities and Seizure's
- Car driver with access to your own vehicle
