**LEAD DATA STRATEGIST**LONDON**£70,000-90,000 + BENEFITS**
As a Lead Data Strategist in this globally leading marketing agency, you will be working in the marketing function with a large number of clients across multiple industries. This is an exciting opportunity to work autonomously with lots of responsibility withthe ability to have a strong impact on a wide range of clients.
**THE COMPANY**The successful Lead Data Strategist will be working in a large globally leading marketing agency that has a well-known brand, whilst they pride themselves in providing leading, world-class solutions across several industries.
**THE ROLE**As a successful Lead Data Strategist, you will be extremely analytical and have the in-depth technical ability, as well as having an excellent understanding of marketing analytics. Your role will involve gathering clients' technical and business requirementsfor you to be able to devise a strategic solution and plan of delivery.
You will be able to lead conversations with clients to understand what resources would be best utilised to address their business needs. More specifically you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Acquiring and assessing client's data from multiple sources
- Data mapping, planning and identification of what tools should be utilised to produce the best outcome
- Guiding both clients and internal development teams with excellent technical ability
- Presenting actionable insights both internally and externally
- Identifying key risks and clients pain points throughout the entirety of projects as well as improving the deployment of cross-functional processes
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**The successful Lead Data Strategist will have the following skills and experience:
- Significant experience working in an analytical role across one or more of: marketing research, consultancy, software, ad-tech or data integration solutions
- High resilience with the ability to adapt to a wide range of situations in a confident manor
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders effectively is essential
- Digital marketing or marketing experience and knowledge, with strong ability to identify issues within client's datasets and suggest solutions
- Experience creating data strategy, working with teams that use tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, SAS, Tableau and R
**THE BENEFITS**The successful Lead Data Strategist will receive a salary between £70,000 and £90,000 as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
