**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Supervision**: Conduct toolbox talks and team briefings, ensuring all team members understand job requirements and adhere to safety protocols.
- **Lift Operations**: Oversee and perform lift operations in line with Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- **Equipment Assembly**: Assemble and prepare lifting equipment according to specific lift plans.
- **Load Handling**:Securely attach loads to crane hooks, using lifting equipment such as spreader beams and chain hoists, ensuring balance and safety.
- **Crane banking**:Direct cranes and manage loads through recognised signaling for safe placement.
- **Manual Handling**:Perform hands-on lifting and positioning as part of the Jacking/Skating team.
- **Support Operations**: Act as Slinger/Banksman and assist with forklift/crane lifts when needed.
- **Documentation**:Record job details and maintain internal management systems.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherance to regulations and accreditations for heavy lifting equipment.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Collaborate with suppliers to obtain necessary lift documentation, including Method Statements, Job Sheets, and Timesheets.

**Travel**: Regular travel is required, including occasional international travel. Willingness to work away from home is essential.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Experience**:Minimum of 2 years as a qualified Lift Supervisor (required)
- **Certification**: Valid CPCS A62 Card (Crane/Lifting Operations Supervisor)
- **Desirable**: BPSS Security clearance, Experience with Versa Lifts, MEWP, Safety Passport, and forklift operation.

**Skills**:

- Positive continuous improvement mindset with a can-do attitude.

**Drivers Licence**:Valid UK Driving licence

**Schedule**
- **Workdays**: Monday to Friday
- **Availability**: Overtime and weekend availability as needed
- **Travel Expectation**: Willingness to travel (up to 75% of the time)

Pay: £16.00-£17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
