The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to support our Rail commercial team. The role will be a hybrid of office working in Reigate and being based from home. The Commercial Administrator will be responsible for providing assistance to the Managing Surveyor and Route Lead Surveyors. The role will include but not be limited to the careful review, matching and payment approval of supplier invoices. The Commercial Administrator will engage with both internal staff and external suppliers to ensure that all completed work information and records have been uploaded onto our systems in line with our contract requirements, to allow payment approval to be made. The role will also include proactive cash management and customer engagement to ensure all monies are paid in full, on time and that they are correctly allocated. In addition the role will also include assisting with any other commercial administration duties required to support the commercial team.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has excellent organisational and planning skills. If you have worked in a commercial or finance team dealing with supplier invoices that would be great but by no means essential. You will be proactive in seeking out answers to problems, and have good all round communication skills.
