**The Role**

**Your role** is vital in that it will support people within the local community to remain **in their own home** with us, as a team, providing the support that they need. This could be any, or all of the following:

- Welfare check - checking the lights are on and the cooker is off (things like that)
- Support with light domestic duties
- Shopping
- Companionship / Activities
- Support with washing and dressing
- Light meal preparation

As you will be travelling to people’s home address you will need access to a vehicle and a drivers license.

We offer competitive rates of pay (rates shown include a 35pph attendance bonus):
Weekday Day £11.11

Weekday Evening £11.55

Weekend Day £13.87

Weekend Evening £15.37

Bank holidays have an additional enhancement applied.

In addition to this we pay travel time and mileage (you will be working in the Chichester or Selsey areanot all-over West Sussex).

There are no charges for uniform, equipment or recruitment checks and we **PAY YOU **for your mandatory training.

**Welcome bonus is £100 for 30hour plus contract and £50 for all other roles payable on probation end

**'up to' pay rate advertised is for weekend working
