**About the Role**

We are currently looking for a Store Manager to lead our team in Harlow.Are you our next Superhero and looking to channel your Retail Management experience across the UK Market? If so, then we would like to hear from you Your challenge, if you chooseto accept it. Will be to inspire, lead & motivate your teams. Ensuring your band of superheroes deliver exceptional Customer Service.You will also manage the recruitment, training & development of all team members.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales**
- Deliver, maximise, and exceed sales targets in store
- Ensure that maximum availability of all products is maintained on the Shop Floor
- Ensure all staff’s familiarity with all products in all departments
- Ensure all customer purchases are carried out in accordance with Company guidelines

**Customer Service**
- Ensure that all customer queries are dealt with promptly and effectively
- Stock Control & Merchandising
- Achieve and maintain company standards on housekeeping, floor presentation and space planning
- Participate in weekly stocktakes and identify and report abnormal counts to the Store Manager

**Staffing/Operations**
- Ensure staffing levels match or better salary/sales agreed percentage
- Prepare, monitor, and action daily task board
- Actively drive staff’s knowledge of Top Sellers and Department Stock Loss
- Assist Senior Store Management with all staffing issues, i.e., training, performance reviews
- Cash handling/Security/Carry out daily spot checks on all tills
- Ensure that company cash/stock handling procedures are always adhered to
- Responsible for the opening and closing of the Store
- Previous experience as an Assistant/Store Manager in a fast-paced high-volume retail environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong numerical, organisational and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to building good relationships with the customers, your team and other key stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft office packages and a working knowledge of retail computerised management and control systems
- Must be available to work flexible hours including weekdays, late nights and weekends
