**Job Type**: Full-time, Monday to Friday - must be able to commit to school hours
**Salary**: £85 - £95 per day

**The Role**:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH) within a specialist school setting. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide tailored support to meet the individual needs of each student.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing one-to-one support to students with SEN /SEMH.
- Assisting with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
- Supporting students in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities.
- Promoting inclusion and fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to monitor student progress and development.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Experience working with students with SEN / SEMH is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of children with SEN / SEMH.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or special needs (desirable but not essential).
