Recruitment Administrator

**Main Responsibilities**
- Creating and placing job advertisements on relevant jobs boards, social media and other advertising avenues.
- Contacting all applicants to undertake an initial telephone screening/interview.
- Planning and coordinating Recruitment Days and leading activities on these days.
- When required, assisting with obtaining references and chasing for replies when necessary.
- Any other recruitment activities which are within the individual’s capabilities
**About You**
- Good level of spoken and written English language
- Articulate and numerate
- Excellent people skills with the ability to engage with people quickly
- Comfortable speaking on the phone to people they haven’t met before
- Able to demonstrate enthusiasm and a positive attitude and approach to their work
- Organised and methodical in their approach to tasks
- Good understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Customer service focused
- Reliable and dependable (eg. good timekeeping and attendance)
- Previous experience of working within a high-volume recruitment environment would be a distinct advantage.
The position is full time (40 hours per week), Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5 pm.
You must have the right to work in the UK, a full driving licence and the use of a car.
You will be required to undergo a full Disclosure and Barring Service process for this role
