**WORKING HOURS**
- Current hours as part of a 4-day week trial:

- Monday to Friday 6.30am to 4.05pm (every other Friday off)

**This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone to learn a new skill in becoming a fully trained UPVC window fabricator for one of the industry’s leading manufacturers.**

**JOB SUMMARY**

Assist with the day-to-day manufacturing process of UPVC windows ensuring that compliance to company procedures is maintained.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Working alongside an experienced fabricator throughout a three-week training schedule.

Assembly of components onto the window sash.

Assembly of components onto the window frame.

Hang the window sash into the window frame.

Follow a work instruction programme detailing hardware and componentry specification.

Ensure the finished product operates within the required standard.

Ensure compliance with our quality expectation.

Scanning fabricated products for tracking.

Meet daily and weekly targets

Maintain a safe working environment within the working areas ensuring all current Health and Safety legislation is observed.

General housekeeping

Perform any other duties that may be deemed necessary to ensure the effective running of the department and the company.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**

Good team worker

Mathematically compliant

Logical reasoning with a “can do attitude”

Good organisational skills

Good timekeeping and attendance

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
