**Salary up to £27,000 + Benefits**

**You will be based in our Caerphilly Office - Hybrid working**

CPS are working with an IT service provider who work with a wide range of clients across multiple sectors who rely on our client providing a responsive IT Support when it's needed most. Helping other organisations innovate, improve and transform.

**The skills and experience required**:

- Most Importantly you must have a 'hands on' approach with a keen willingness to learn
- Helpdesk/IT Support experience on a telephone/remote support basis
- Experience working with Microsoft O365 troubleshooting and administration
- One of our main strengths are professional development, welcoming any applicants who can show self investment in their own personal development - For example, MCP qualifications and/or COMP TIA or demonstrating that you are working towards completing.
- Fully conversant with PC hardware set-up
- A full UK Driving Licence and your own transport is essential for this role

You will be office based initially, before moving into a hybrid working model following a successful training and induction period.
