**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors to remove dirt and debris effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Uphold confidentiality and respect guests' privacy at all times.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage time effectively while performing multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
