Cygnet Healthcare are having an **Open Day**for **Support Workers**or people wanting to become a support worker for our specialist service in Gloucester.

**Date: Thursday 3rd February**

**Time: 10am until 4pm**

We are looking for a confident **Care & Support Workers **with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working either Full time/Part Time/Bank shifts each week making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at **Cygnet Alders**

**Cygnet Alders Clinic**is a 20 bed rehabilitation service providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for women with personality disorder and complex needs. Cygnet Alders Clinic is on the Welsh Hospital Framework with specialist servicestatus

**Your day-to-day**
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
- Report on medical & welfare needs as required
- Safeguard
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
