Join us in the historical 19th century building and **become one of our Team Leaders**

We are seeking **outgoing and dynamic individuals **who can **lead teams of 8 to 15 people **to deliver an **outstanding service to our customers**.
- We currently have a full time and part time position available. The lounge opens from 04.00 to 21.00._

**Person specifications for the role**:

- Experience within the Catering / Hospitality industry, both practical and theoretical knowledge in Health & Safety and Food Hygiene
- Experience with team management in a supervisor role (staff motivation, communication & floor organisation)
- Confident with product and equipment ordering
- Strong communication skills (upper management, suppliers & customers)
- Ability to manage under pressure
- Customer service driven

**Requirements**:

- Must be eligible to work in the UK or have a valid UK work permit/visa.
- Given legislation controlling access to restricted zones, you will be required to successfully provide references from previous employer (last 5 years) and a DBS check.
- Level 3 Food Hygiene Safety is a plus
- Fluent in English, French is a plus.

**Salary / Benefits**
- Competitive Salary (£10.92 to £12.00 /hour)
- Flexible roster (done monthly)
- Shifts : 0400-1230 and 1200-2030
- Meal allowance (£7.50 per workday)
- Annual bonus: up to 10% of annual basic salary, based on performance
- Taxi Allowance for shifts starting before 06.00 or finishing after 22.00
- Preferential rates to travel on Eurostar
- Annual High street/ shoes vouchers allowances
- Discount with retailers in St Pancras station
- Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays
- Company pension contribution

**Salary**: £10.92-£12.00 per hour
