Here at PGI, we are currently recruiting for an **Information Assurance Consultant** to fill a diverse and challenging delivery role within the Information Assurance division.

**Who are PGI?**

We specialise in managing digital risks that could negatively impact productivity, people, finances, assets and reputation. From disinformation campaigns and online hate speech to ransomware attacks and data theft, we support our clients to understand and proactively mitigate threats such as these to limit the impact.

**What is the role?**
As an Information Assurance Consultant, you will be required to provide hands-on Information Assurance (IA) consultancy services across a range of requirements such as Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and would be reporting in to the Information Assurance Capability Lead.

Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:

- Supporting the growth of PGI’s domestic information assurance consultancy business in line with internationally recognised standards such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF and NCSC.
- Conduct challenging consultancy work, including supporting PGI’s Data Protection (GDPR), Cyber Maturity and PCI DSS consultancy work.
- Contribute towards the maintenance of PGI’s own accreditations, including its ISO accreditations.
- Sustaining your own consultancy credentials through the maintenance of appropriate certifications and keeping up to date with security industry trends and best practices.

**What we’re looking for?**

Essential/Highly Desirable
- ISO27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to present to clients to a high standard.
- Experience in/knowledge of the PCI DSS standard.
- Ability to work to deadlines in challenging environments, maintaining a positive approach to problem solving and possessing effective time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality deliverables.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and forming risk management policies.
- Ability to create policy documents and work with clients to develop new security-related processes.

Preferred
- Experience in delivering training courses or knowledge transfer
- Data Protection or DSPT experience
- Experience in reviewing Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Management processes
- Knowledge of Cyber Essentials/Cyber Essentials Plus assessments and criteria
