Role: Hire Desk Controller/ Trade Counter

Location: Duncrue Street,Belfast,BT3 9AR

Contract: Full-time

**Salary**: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.

CP Hire is a family-run business serving the NI construction industry for over 50 years, investing heavily in our fleet and looking after our employees to ensure our customers get the best service possible. This is a great opportunity to work in a quality business and become part of our experienced team.
- Working hours are from 07.30 to 17.00 Monday to Thursday, 07.30 to 16.30 on Fridays’.

Key tasks include:

- A quick and effective response to customer enquiries.
- Answering calls, taking orders and organising deliveries.
- Negotiating hire rates, logging and then following up on quotations.
- Helping to manage a trade counter.

Criteria:

- Trade counter or sales experience is essential.
- Experience in the construction industry is beneficial but not essential.
- Must be a good communicator and have the ability to build good relationships with customers.
- Must have the ability to operate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
