**The Role**:

- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the wider later salesforce ecosystem.
- Log, track, and verify defects in the issue-tracking system (e.g., Jira).
- Perform regression, integration, performance, and user-acceptance testing (UAT)
- Work with Salesforce admins, developers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing
- Provide clear, timely test status reports and metrics to project teams and management with the support of the scrum masters.
- Advocate for quality best practices and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate release readiness reviews and support production deployments

**The Person**:

- Relevant Salesforce Certifications
- Experience in a Salesforce QA/Testing role
- Experience operating within Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with project management tools including JIRA/Confluence and Miro
- Ability to define and deliver best practice testing plans
- Ability to understand user requirements and processes and identify potential issues during testing
- Confident in coordinating regression testing based on ecosystem software updates (core Salesforce and Managed packages)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
