**Who are ExamWorksUK?**
We are a group of companies working in the legal, accident management and healthcare sectors currently looking for a Customer Experience Handler to join us.
As a Customer Experience Handler you will be working for Kindertons Accident Management.
We are looking for;
Someone who is confident on the phone dealing with different levels o caseloads such as complaints.
Confidentiality is key, dealing with client details, - Data Protection Act and GDPR.
A good knowledge of the motor industry.
A sound understanding of FCA/FOS guidelines. (desirable)
A sound understanding of ADR guidelines Awareness of fraud indicators and able to react immediately to them (desirable)
The role is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Based in Crewe Cheshire CW2 8UY
Salary £23500.00 - £24,000.00
